Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your DocZenAI account and the personal data linked to it. Submit the form below and our team will verify and action your request.

Before you submit

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted you lose access to your profile, appointment history, prescriptions, medical records, orders, and wallet balance. This cannot be undone, and the same email can be used to register a new account only afterwards.

Our team checks the request against the account. We may email you to confirm.

Your data is removed

Your account and personal data are deleted, normally within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted — and what we must keep

We delete or de-identify:

  • Your profile — name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, and profile photo
  • Your medical history, health records, and uploaded documents
  • Your appointments, consultations, prescriptions, and lab bookings
  • Your cart, favourites, chat messages, and account settings

We may need to retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — medical record-keeping obligations, financial and tax records for completed transactions, and data needed for fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Care records already held by a doctor, pharmacy, or laboratory you used remain under their own retention rules. See Data Retention and Account & Data Deletion in our Privacy Policy.
